The page shows information required for speakers who are coming from outside the country.

Visa Process

The following information will be needed to start the visa process:

  1. Copy of passport with at least 6 months validity after the event date.
  2. Nationality.
  3. Departure country.
  4. Preference of visa on arrival or through Sudan's embassy in the departure country.

Rooms Booking

The following information is needed to complete booking:

  1. Flight details or expected arrival and departure.
  2. Smoking or non-smoking.
  3. Pick-up service required
