Sara Alamin
Sara provides assistance and support to IX operators and contributes to PCH’s network expansion by explaining the benefits of hosting a DNS node at Internet exchange points.Before joining PCH, she was a network and systems engineer for the Sudanese Research and Education Network (SudREN) and the Nile Center for Technology Research (NCTR). Sara is the co-founder of the Sudan Network Operators Group (SdNOG) as well as an active member and speaker at the African Network Operators Group (AfNOG) and the Sudanese IPv6 Task Force (Sdv6TF). With an MSc. in Internet Engineering, she is also a trainer on IPv6, DNS, DNSSEC, and network scalability.
Sara is dedicated to working and contributing in any way possible to assist our community, whether it's through technical support, logistics, or any other means necessary. and is rumoured to be powered by chocolate, cupcakes, and stroopwafels :-)
