The page shows information required for speakers who are coming from outside the country.
Visa Process
The following information will be needed to start the visa process:
- Copy of passport with at least 6 months validity after the event date.
- Nationality.
- Departure country.
- Preference of visa on arrival or through Sudan's embassy in the departure country.
Rooms Booking
The following information is needed to complete booking:
- Flight details or expected arrival and departure.
- Smoking or non-smoking.
- Pick-up service required
